What you can do

  • Mention Ordyn anywhere it has been invited to start an investigation.
  • Reply in any Ordyn thread to ask follow-ups or to change monitoring.
  • Turn on Auto-join incident channels so Ordyn joins new inc-* style channels and starts investigating.
  • Turn on Private investigations for private channels whose investigations should never appear in the web app.
See Working with Ordyn in Slack for the details. Ordyn does not read or respond in shared channels from other Slack workspaces.
